XL composite Double clinker profile with wooden structure is an exclusive & newly developed product of XL FENCE in the new material Composite (Wood Plastic Composite) We have designed the profile with a width at the bottom of 43mm which therefore fits in the tracks of our concrete posts. This means that you can now get a composite fence with concrete pillars which is 100 maintenance free.

XL Composite DOUBLEKLINK fence profile in black WPC composite

XL Composite DOUBLEKLINK Profile – We have designed our own XL fence profile in black WPC composite with beautiful wooden structure. The XL double-link profile is with fer & not system, which makes it easy to stack them on top of each other making the profile ideal in a combination with concrete posts & bottom plates.

Tree structure on both sides in the color black, gray, or brown.

There is a wooden structure on both sides of the XL DOUBLEKLINK profile, so there are no neighbors who get scammed with a nasty and a neat side.

XL dimensions.

• The XL DOUBLEKLINK profile measures 43 x 165 mm / 189 cm.
• The weight is 3.5 kg. Per mtr. – A total of 6.3 kg. Per profile!
• The tire target is 150 mm (15 cm) when pulling the Fer/groove from the total profile height of 165mm.
• The width/thickness is 43mm at the bottom and 16 mm at the top.
• Length is 1890 mm (189 cm) – Profiles can be customized manually.

Tip:
There are 10 XL DOUBLEKLINK profiles and 1 concrete base plate (+30 cm) for a total height above ground of 180cm.

WPC: Wood Plastic Composite.

XL Composite double clink profile is made from the latest technologies as well as the best ingredients called WPC = Wood Plastic Composite. The material is maintenance-free and cannot be attacked by advice, sponge or algae, therefore you can be sure to have a nice and maintenance-free composite fence that can last for a very many years. The WPC profile is made of 60 poplar (wood), 30 HDPE (plastic) and 10 additions including color and UV stabilisers to protect against fading.

Scratch resistant

Our XL Composite Double Clink profile is immediately very “scratch resistant” which we try to explain with the fact that many other “WPC” products on the market cannot tolerate being confronted with just a nail which can cause unfortunate situations with the infraction of writing or other vandalism on a WPC fence, you cannot on the XL profile which has a slightly coarser surface which makes it more scratch resistant while retaining its wooden structure.

Maintaining WPC

A waterproofing can be purchased which retains the glow in the WPC material. Concrete and composite are two completely maintenance-free materials, which cannot be so easy in nature, in which case it will take a great many years. The impregatory is also good as a preventive remedy for vandalism such as graffiti.

Assembly:

The mounting of a fence with concrete pillars is quite easy once you have put the concrete pillars in the Vater with a string then it is simply to lay down a profile with fer/not at a time on top of each other until you reach the top.
